NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 18, 2012, and entered in Case No. 10-CA-02845 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida in which JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association, successor in interest to Washington Mutual Bank, FA, is the Plaintiff and Allan Wilson, Anne Wilson, Tall Pines Property Owners Association, Inc., U.S. Bank National Association ND, Tenant #1 N/K/A Jill Smart, Tenant #2 n/k/a Ken Smart, Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, Collier County in the Atrium of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 1st floor , Collier County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 14th day of November, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 68, OF TALL PINES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12, PAGES 70 THROUGH 71, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
