notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure or Order dated October 19, 2012, entered in Civil Case Number 2009-CA-004977, in the Circuit Court for Collier County, Florida, wherein FIFTH THIRD MORTGAGE COMPANY is the Plaintiff, and PAWEL BANKSKI, et al., are the Defendants, I will sell the property situated in Collier Florida, described as:
ANDALUCIA, LOT 17, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 43, PAGE(S) 93 TO 97, INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at COLLIER County Courthouse, in the atrium on the 1st floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 at 11:00AM, on the 15 day of November, 2012.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
