Notice is GIVEN that, in accordance with the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 19, 2012, in the above-styled cause, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, at the First Floor Atrium area of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, in Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 AM on November 15, 2012, the following described property:
Lot 55, CHARLEE ESTATES, a subdivision according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 40, Page 49, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
