NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 0903325CA of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida wherein, DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR GSR 2006-0A1, Plaintiff, and, Harriet Watson, et al., are Defendants, the Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at 1ST FLOOR ATRIUM OF THE COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE ANNEX, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL, NAPLES, Florida 34112, at the hour of 11:00 AM, on the 15th day of November, 2012, the following described property:
LOT 17, BLOCK 9 OF LELY TROPICAL ESTATES UNIT NO. 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10 AT PAGE 89 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
