NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 10, 2012, and entered in Case No. 51-2008-CA-10250-WS/J3 / 11-17442-MGW, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida. Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee for LSF6 Mercury REO Investments Trust Series 2008-1, is Plaintiff and PATRICIA RAY; THOMAS RAY, are defendants. Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 26th day of November, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 1 AND 2, MICKEVICH SUBDIVISION, AS PER PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 143, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
