Notice is hereby given that pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above styled cause, in the Circuit Court of PASCO County, Florida, I will sell the property situate in PASCO County, Florida described as:
Lots 1184, 1185, 1186, 1235, 1236 and 1237, Crystal Springs, Section 35, Township 26 South, Range 21 East, Pasco County, Florida, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 2, Pages 4 and 5, Public Records of Pasco County, Florida, together with that portion of the alley lying between Lots 1184, 1185 and 1186, on the North and Lots 1235, 1236 and 1237 on the South, together with that portion of the West 1/2 of vacated 12th street, lying between Atlanta Avenue on the North and Baltimore Avenue on the South.
Together with mobile home more specifically described as follows: 2004 GENERAL CYPRESS POINTE SERIAL# GMHGA4020431202A&B
Clerk of Circuit Court shall sell the subject property at public sale to the highest bidder for cash, except as set forth hereinafter, on 10th day of January, 2013, at 11:00 a.m. at www.pasco.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes.
