NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated October 16, 2012, and entered in Case No. 512010CA002234XXXXES of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO COUNTY, Florida, wherein CITIMORTGAGE, INC., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO PRINCIPAL RESIDENTIAL MORTGAGE, INC., is Plaintiff, and CLEM J. LAZAROVICH, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 05 day of December, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 35, VIRGIL J. GRIMES SUBDIVISION, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 36, Pages 143 - 144, inclusive, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
