NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 12, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 51-2011-CA-003294-WS (J2) of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Indenture Trustee for American Home Mortgage Investment Trust 2006-3, Plaintiff and Javier E. Tejera a/k/a Javier Tejera are defendant(s), I, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash In an online sale accessed through the Clerk's website at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m. on November 13, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 1197, EMBASSY HILLS UNIT SIX, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12, PAGES 145 THROUGH 147, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
