NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, in accordance with the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 16, 2012 entered in Civil Case No. 51-2011-CA-001682ES of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee for Argent Securities Inc., Asset-Backed Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2005-W5 , Plaintiff and RANDY CAPALLIA A/K/A RANDY EDUARD CAPALLIA, IF LIVING AND IF DEAD, PAMELA CAPALLIA A/K/A PAMELA SUE CAPALLIA A/K/A PAMELA S. CAPALLIA, IF LIVING AND IF DEAD, Et Al; are defendant(s). The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, AT http://www.pasco.realforeclose.com IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45, FLORIDA STATUTES, AT 11:00 AM , December 4, 2012 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
