NOTICE IS HEREBY given pursuant to an Order dated June 18, 2012, and entered in Case No. 51-2008-CA-007836ES of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank N.A. As Trustee For The Certificateholders of Park Place Securities, INC., Asset-Backed Certificates Series 2005-WCW2, is the Plaintiff and Thy Kim Hong; Nguyen Vu Truong; Suntrust Bank Twin Lakes Subdivision Inc., and Unknown Tenant(s), are the Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pasco.realforeclose.com beginning at 11:00 a.m. Eastern Time, on November 14, 2012, the following described property set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to wit:
PARCEL A: A portion of TRACT “D-1” (PRESERVATION TRACT) TWIN LAKE PHASE TWO-B, as shown on the map or plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 30, Pages 48 and 49, Public Records of Pasco County, Florida, corrected by Affidavit filed in O.R. Book 3108, Page 479 of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida, more particularly described as follows:
Commence at the most Southerly corner of Lot 51 of said TWIN LAKE PHASE TWO-B; thence run North 19 Degrees 14'13” West 33.12 feet along the Westerly Boundary Line of said Lot 51; thence South 81 Degrees 31'03” West, 41.49 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING: Continue thence South 81 Degrees 31'03” West 6.66 feet; thence North 08 Degrees 28'57” West, 44.28 feet; thence South 75 Degrees 53'17” East, 30.32 feet along the Westerly Boundary Line of Lot 51 as plat mathematically shows; thence South 24 Degrees 41'05” West, 38.98 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
