NOTICE IS HEREBY given pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 3, 2012, and entered in Case No. 51-2011-CA-005549WS of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein Third Federal Savings and Loan Association of Cleveland, is the Plaintiff and Janice D. Mulligan and The Reserve at Golden Acres Homeowners Association, Inc., are the Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pasco.realforeclose.com beginning at 11:00 a.m. Eastern Time, on November 19, 2012, the following described property set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 20, The Reserve at Golden Acres, Phase 2, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 35, Pages 125 through 126, Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.
IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK OF COURT NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS. AFTER 60 DAYS, ONLY THE OWNER OF RECORD AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MAY CLAIM THE SURPLUS.
