NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 3, 2012, and entered in 51-2012-CA-000253-XXXX-WS of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE FOR AMERICAN HOME MORTGAGE INVESTMENT TRUST 2005-2, is the Plaintiff and MICHAEL D. TATE A/K/A MICHAEL TATE; CARRIE TATE; SUNCOAST SCHOOLS FEDERAL CREDIT UNION; U.S. HOME CORPORATION; UNKNOWN TENANTS are the Defendant(s). Paula O'Neil as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM on November 19, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 346, SEVEN SPRINGS HOMES UNIT 3-A, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 15, PAGES 6 AND 7, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
