NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 3, 2012, and entered in 51-2009-CA-002322-WS-J3 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR ABFC 2006-OPT2 TRUST, ABFC ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-OPT2, is the Plaintiff and GAYLON NATHAN BOONE; SHEA A. BOONE; PASCO'S PALM TERRACE HOMEOWNER'S, INC. F/K/A EXECUTIVE GARDENS; UNKNOWN TENANTS are the Defendant(s). Paula O'Neil as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM on November 19, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 262, PALM TERRACE ESTATES UNIT TWO, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE 39, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
