Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure or Order dated October 16, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 51-2012-CC-1370-WS/U, in the COUNTY COURT in and for PASCO County, Florida, wherein FOX WOOD AT TRINITY COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC. is the Plaintiff, and JAY WISLER, et al., are the Defendants, I will sell the property situated in PASCO County, Florida, described as:
Lot 162, FOX WOOD PHASE ONE, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 34, Pages 54-70, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m. on the 7th day of January, 2013. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
