Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on July 10, 2012, and the Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale entered on October 19, 2012, in this cause, in the Circuit Court of Pasco County, Florida, the clerk shall sell the property situated in Pasco County, Florida, described as:
