AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO WACHOVIA BANK, N.A. is Plaintiff and LOUISE RICHARDSON A/K/A LOUISE RICHARDSON; __, AS THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LOUISE M. RICHARDSON A/K/A LOUISE RICHARDSON, IF ANY; CALIENTE APARTMENTS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; CALIENTE MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC.; CALIENTE RESORTS, LLC; all unknown parties claiming by, through, under or against the named defendants, whether living or not, and whether said unknown parties claims as heirs, devisees, grantees, assignees, lienors, creditors, trustees, or in any other capacity, claiming by, through under or against the named Defendants are the Defendants, PAULA S.
