NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 18th day of September, 2012, and entered in Case No. 51-2009-CA-008781ES, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A. is the Plaintiff and DWIGHT JENKINS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DWIGHT JENKINS N/K/A SHIRLEY JENKINS; UNKNOWN TENANT (S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 7th day of November, 2012, at 11:00 AM on Pasco County's Public Auction website: www.pasco.realforeclose.com, pursuant to judgment or order of the Court, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

That portion of Tracts 62 and 63A in CRYSTAL SPRINGS COLONY FARMS, in Section 25, Township 26 South, Range 21 East, as per map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 2, Page 24 of the public records of Pasco County, Florida, that lies Easterly of State Road 39, being further described as follows: Commence at the Southeast corner of Section 25, Township 26 South, Range 21 East and run thence N 89º55'10” W along South boundary of said Section 25, a distance of 1119.63 feet to an intersection with the Westerly right-of-way of the Seaboard Coast Line Railroad, thence N 09º36'57” W., along said Seaboard Coast Line Railroad right-of-way line a distance of 30.44 feet to an intersection with the North right-of-way line of a platted road, also being the Southeast corner of said Tract 63A, for a Point of Beginning, thence N 89º55'10” W along the South boundary of said Tract 63A, a distance of 170.05 feet to an intersection with the Easterly right-of-way line of State Road 39, thence Northwesterly along a curve concave to the Southwest, said curve being the Easterly right-of-way line of State Road 39 and having a radius of 2914.79 feet, a chord bearing N 30º54'58” W, for 127.46 feet and an arc of 127.47 feet, thence N 66º14'16” E, 220.61 feet to an intersection with the Westerly right-of-way line of said Seaboard Coast Line Railroad, thence S 09º36'57” E, a distance of 201.31 feet to the Point of Beginning.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
