YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to enforce and foreclose a Claim of Lien for condominium assessments and to foreclose any claims which are inferior to the right, title and interest of the Plaintiff, THE OAKS AT RIVER RIDGE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., herein in the following described property:
LOT 481, THE OAKS AT RIVER RIDGE UNIT FIVE-C, according to the Plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 25, Pages 90 to 92, Public Records of Pasco County, Florida. With the following street address: 8044 Chadwick Drive, New Port Richey, Florida, 34654.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on Joseph R. Cianfrone, Esquire, of Joseph R. Cianfrone, P.A., whose address is 1964 Bayshore Blvd., Suite A, Dunedin, FL, 34698, on or before November 26, 2012, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
