NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 10th, 2012, and entered in Case No. 51-2010-CA-2550-WS of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED AS OF APRIL 1, 2005 ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2005-WHQ2, is Plaintiff, and Kelly J. Barnett a/k/a Kelly J. Lacerte, Matthew Barnett a/k/a Matthew E. Barnett, are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via online auction at www.pasco.realforeclose.com at 11:00 AM on the 26th day of November, 2012 the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 81, VENICE ESTATES SUBDIVISION FIRST EDIITION, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book, 15 Page 59, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.
Property Address: 3214 Ludlow Drive, New Port Richey, FL 34655.
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
