NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated October 16, 2012, and entered in Case No. 51-2012-CA-001690-XXXX-ES of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO COUNTY, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING LP, is Plaintiff, and JAMES C. WILSON, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 03 day of December, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 9, Block 10 of ASBEL ESTATES PHASE 2, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 58, Page(s) 85 through 94, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.
