NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order rescheduling foreclosure sale dated October 10, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 51-2008-CA-010166-ES (J1) of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF CWMBS 2003-53, Plaintiff and Diego Perez and Ingrid Perez, Husband and Wife are defendant(s), I, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash In an online sale accessed through the Clerk's website at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m. on November 14, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 29, BLOCK F, NORTHW00D UNITS 4B AND 6B, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 42, PAGE 55, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
