NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 17, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 51-2008-CA-006506ES (J1) of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee, in trust for the registered holders of Argent Securities Inc., Asset-Backed Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-W2, Plaintiff and Daniel Alexander and Elizabeth L. Alexander, His Wife are defendant(s), I, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash In an online sale accessed through the Clerk's website at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m. on November 19, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 118, LAKE PADGETT PINES, UNIT 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 14, PAGES 20-26, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
