NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order rescheduling foreclosure sale dated October 5, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 51-2009-CA-002073-ES (J1) of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein The Bank of New York Mellon f/k/a The Bank of New York, as Trustee for the Certificateholders CWABS, Inc. Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2006-01, Plaintiff and Sanghee J. Kim a/k/a Sanhgee J. Kim and Bong S. Son are defendant(s), I, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash In an online sale accessed through the Clerk's website at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m. on November 21, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 56, BLOCK 1, OF BALLANTRAE VILLAGES 3A & 3B, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 50, PAGES 49 TO 62, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
