NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed October 10, 2012, and entered in Case No. 51-2010CA006747 XXXX WS, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida. FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION is Plaintiff and KEITH H. VANDAWALKER A/K/A KEITH VANDAWALKER; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF KEITH H. VANDAWALKER A/K/A KEITH VANDAWALKER IF ANY; RONALD VANDAWALKER A/K/A ROLAND VANDAWALKER; MELITTA VANDAWALKER; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; JOHN DOE AND; JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION; CAPITAL ONE BANK (USA), NATIONAL ASSOCIATION; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 26th day of November, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 723, CREST RIDGE GARDENS UNIT SEVEN, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE 134, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
