Notice is hereby given pursuant to the final judgment of foreclosure entered in the above noted case, that I will sell the following property situated in Sarasota County, Florida, described as:
Lot 21, Block 1704, 36th Addition to Port Charlotte Subdivision, a Subdivision according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 16, Page 3 of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.

at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash, on-line at www.sarasota.realforeclosure.com, at 9:00 a.m. on November 9, 2012. The highest bidder shall immediately post with the Clerk, a deposit equal to 5% of the final bid or one thousand dollars ($1,000.00) whichever is less. The deposit must be cash or cashier's check payable to the Clerk of Court. Final payment must be made on or before 5:00 p.m. of the date of the sale by cash or cashier's check.
