NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an order rescheduling foreclosure sale dated October 18, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2009 CA 018671 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA COUNTY, Florida, wherein CITIMORTGAGE, INC., is Plaintiff, and CHRISTINE WEBB, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 09:00 AM at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 26 day of November, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said lis pendens, to wit:
The most Southerly 58.18 feet of Lots 13 and 14, less the most Easterly 7.50 feet of Lot 13, Block E, REVISED PLAT OF OAK PARK SUBDIVISION, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 215, of the Public Records of SARASOTA County, Florida

and all fixtures and personal property located therein and thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
