McElveavy are defendant(s), I, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash VIA THE INTERNET AT WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM , AT 9:00 A.M. on November 21, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOTS 2804, 2805 AND THE EASTERLY 1/2 OF LOT 2803, SOUTH VENICE, UNIT 9, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 45, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
