NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in this cause on October 10, 2012, by the County Court of Hillsborough County, Florida, the property described as:
Lot 24, Block H, COUNTRY HILLS EAST UNIT TEN, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 93, Pages 91-1 through 91-3, Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
will be sold at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, electronically online at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on November 30, 2012.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
