NOTICE is hereby given that the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Hillsborough County, Florida, will on the 27th day of November 2012, at 10:00 AM at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45 Statues,, offer for sale and sell at public outcry to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following-described property situate in Hillsborough County, Florida:
Condominium Parcel No. 223, of HIGHGATE II, PHASE 4 CONDOMINIUM, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, recorded in Official Record Book 4054, Page 371, and all amendments thereto, if any, and according to Condominium Plat Book 5, Page 36 of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida. Together with all appurtenance thereto, and an undivided interest in the common elements of said condominium.
pursuant to the Final Judgment entered in a case pending in said Court, the style of which is indicated above.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
