NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, in accordance with the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 12, 2012 entered in Civil Case No. 10-CA-022208 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein Reverse Mortgage Solutions, Inc., Plaintiff and WILL DOUGLAS, III, KAYDELL WRIGHT-DOUGLAS A/K/A KAYDELL W. DOUGLAS, Et Al; are defendant(s). The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, AT Room 201/202, In the George Edgecomb Building, 2nd Floor, 800 East Twiggs Street, Tampa, FL 33602 IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45, FLORIDA STATUTES, AT 10:00 AM , November 26, 2012 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
