NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion To Cancel And Reschedule Foreclosure Sale dated September 25, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2009-027962 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON, F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS CWABS, INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-11, is Plaintiff, and DEMARIO JAMES WILLIAM, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00AM at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclosure.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 14 day of November, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 1, 2, and 3, Block 61, TERRACE PARK SUBDIVISION Unit #2, as per plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 14, Page 4, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
