NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated May 23, 2012, and entered in Case No. 29-2009-CA-011092 F of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein WACHOVIA MORTGAGE, FSB n/k/a WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., is Plaintiff, and NANCY THU BA NGUYEN; CUONG QUOC TRAN; JOHN TENANT; and JANE TENANT are Defendants, the Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically online at the following website: http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com on December 17, 2012 at 10:00 AM, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 16, Block 3, Ventana Phase 1, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 74, Page 47, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
