NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 27, 2012 and an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated September 21, 2012, entered in Civil Case No.: 08-CA-027767 (C) of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein AURORA LOAN SERVICES, LLC, Plaintiff, and TERESO RODRIGUEZ, JR; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF TERESO RODRIGUEZ, JR N/K/A ALISSA RODRIGUEZ; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AND JANE DOE N/K/A MARIA SANTOY AS UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION, are Defendants.

BEGINNING AT A POINT 243.00 FEET EAST AND 25.00 FEET NORTH OF THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF THE NORTHEAST QUARTER OF THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER OF SECTION 10, TOWNSHIP 28 SOUTH, RANGE 22 EAST, HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND RUN NORTH 125.00 FEET, EAST 150.00 FEET; SOUTH 125.0 FEET; WEST, 150.00 FEET, TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
