Lot 488, WATERCHASE PHASE 3, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 94, Pages 25-1 thru 25-16, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida, and any subsequent amendments to the aforesaid..
more commonly known as 12116 San Chaliford Court, Tampa, Florida.
