Lot 12, Block 1 of CYPRESS TREE UNIT NO. 3, according to the map or plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 51, Page 77 of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida, LESS that part described as follows: Begin at the Northeastern most corner of said Lot 12, said corner also being the Northwestern most corner of Lot 13, Block 1 of said subdivision, and run S 25º10'22” W along the Southeastern boundary of said Lot 12, a distance of 105.36 feet to the South boundary of said Lot 12; run thence N 89º58'55” W along said South boundary, a distance of 7.95 feet; run thence N 28º57'36” E, a distance of 109.38 feet to the Northeasternmost corner of Lot 12 and the Point of Beginning
has been filed against you, an you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to this action, on Greenspoon Marder, P.A., Default Department, Attorneys for Plaintiff, whose address is Trade Centre South, Suite 700, 100 West Cypress Creek Road, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33309, and the file original with the Clerk within 30 days after the first publication of this notice, in the GULF COAST BUSINESS REVIEW on or before November 26, 2012; otherwise a default and a judgment may be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
