NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the “Amended Final Judgment on Verified Complaint,” entered in the above-styled action in the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit Court, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, the Clerk of Hillsborough County will sell the property situated in Hillsborough County, Florida, as described below at a Public Sale, to the highest bidder, for cash, via the internet, www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, on November 27, 2012, at 10:00 a.m.:
Parcel II:
Lots 1, 2 15 and 16, Block 204, together with one half of closed alley abutting thereon, Map of Part of Port Tampa City, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 56, Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
Parcel III:
Lots 15 and 16, Block 205, together with the West 5 feet of closed alley abutting on the East, Map of Part of Port Tampa City, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 56, Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
