NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated JULY 23, 2012, and entered in 12-CA-002100 DIV B of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY AS TRUSTEE FOR FREMONT HOME LOAN TRUST 2005-2, ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-2, is the Plaintiff and WALLACE KING, JR.; KANIKA JOHNSON; UM CAPITAL, LLC; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 NKA TYRONE KING; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash http://www.hillsborough.realforclose.com, Tampa, FL 33602, at 2:00 P.M. on NOVEMBER 19, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 2, BLOCK 2, CASA DE SOL SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 44, PAGE 94, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
