NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 09-CA-025594 of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein, BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP. F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. , Plaintiff, and, CHO, JEENA, et. al., are Defendants, the Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at the hour of 10:00 AM, on the 13TH day of November, 2012, the following described property:
UNIT 1806 IN BUILDING 18 OF SAVANAH TRACE 1, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4399, PAGE 964 AND FIRST AMENDMENT TO DECLARATION IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4454, PAGE 688 AND SECOND AMENDMENT IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4531, PAGE 1876 AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 16 AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 38 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
