Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure Sale entered in this cause, in the Circuit Court for Hillsborough County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Hillsborough County, Florida:
Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9,10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, and 16 in Block 14 of HILLSBORO HIGHLANDS SUBDIVISION, as per map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 10, page 16, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida, less Right-of-way for State Road 580 (Temple Terrace Highway) and less that part of Lot 16 deeded to the State of Florida in O.R. Book 1588 page 329 and less that part of Lot 9 taken by the State of Florida as described in O.R. Book 1583, page 857, Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on the Second Floor, Rooms 201/202 in the George E. Edgecomb Courthouse at 800 E. Twiggs Street, Tampa, Florida, at 10:00 A.M., on December 13, 2012.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
