NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 21, 2011, and Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated October 12, 2012, both entered in Case No. 10-CA-018182, of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida. THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATE HOLDERS CWABS, INC., ASSET BACKED CERTIFICATES SERIES 2006-8 is Plaintiff and DAYANA MILLAN; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANTS WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION N/K/A CARLOS RUIZ are defendants. The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on the 21st day of December, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
