LOT 1, PIPPIN FARMS, PLATTED SUBDIVISION, FORMERLY LOT 254 OF THE UNRECORDED PLAT OF WILLOW SHORES, LYING IN SECTION 36, TOWNSHIP 32 SOUTH, RANGE 19 EAST, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 91, PAGE 6, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH A 30 FOOT EASEMENT FOR INGRESS-EGRESS AND UTILITIES. This action has been filed against you, and you are required to serve a copy of your written defense, if any, to it on the Plaintiff's attorney, FLORIDA FORECLOSURE ATTORNEYS, PLLC, whose address is 601 Cleveland Street, Suite 690, Clearwater, FL 33755, on or before 30 days after date of first publication, response due by November 26, 2012, and file the original with the Clerk of the Circuit Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
