NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 9, 2012, and entered in Case No. 10-CA-008986 / 11-17612-MGW, of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida. DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE FOR NEW CENTURY HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST 2006-1, is Plaintiff and DIANA P. MARIN; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DIANA P. MARIN; RIVERCREST, LLC; RIVERCREST COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC., are defendants. Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 27th day of November, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 3, BLOCK 34, RIVERCREST PHASE 2 PARCEL “K” AND “P”, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF,AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 102, PAGE 293 , OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
