Notice is given that, pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment for Foreclosure and Award of Attorney Fees and Costs entered in Case No.: 11-CC-12027, of the County Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, in which Plaintiff is KINGS LAKE NEIGHBORHOOD ASSOCIATION, INC. and the Defendants are CHARLES Q. MIXON and KATHY S. MIXON, and other named defendants, the Clerk of the Court will sell, the subject property at public sale to the highest bidder for cash in an online sale at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10 a.m. on December 7, 2012 the following described property as set forth in the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
Lot 2, Block 5, Kings Lake Phase 1A, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 88 on Page 80, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
Also known as: 12828 Lake Vista Drive, Gibsonton, Florida 33534.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
THIS NOTICE SHALL BE PUBLISHED IN THE GULF COAST BUSINESS REVIEW ONCE A WEEK FOR TWO CONSECUTIVE WEEKS, THE SECOND PUBLICATION BEING AT LEAST FIVE DAYS BEFORE THE SALE.
