NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on October 18, 2012 in the above-captioned action, the following property situated in Hillsborough County, Florida, described as:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT NO. 1004, THE PARKSIDE OF ONE BAYSHORE, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED MAY 11, 2005 IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 14991, PAGE 1645, AND THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK RECORDED MAY 11, 2005 IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 19, PAGE 256 ALL OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
Shall be sold by the Clerk of Court on the 13th day of December, 2012 on-line at 10:00a.m. (Eastern Time) at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com to the highest bidder, for cash, after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida Statutes.
