NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 9, 2012, and entered in Case No. 11-CA-006939, of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida. WTH OAKMONT MORTGAGE POOL 285, LP, is Plaintiff and MARK WALDEN; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MARK WALDEN N/K/A JACKQUELYNNE JACKSON WALDEN; HOMECOMINGS FINANCIAL, LLC (F/K/A HOMECOMINGS FINANCIAL NETWORK, INC.), are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at http//www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m. and continue until all scheduled sales have been completed on the 27th day of November, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 14, BLOCK , OF PARRISH HOME, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12, PAGE 39 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
