NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 9, 2012, and entered in Case No. 10-CA-013551, of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida. THIRD FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF CLEVELAND, is Plaintiff and JENNIFER RATHERT; COUNTRY HILLS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; THIRD FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF CLEVELAND, are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at http//www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m. and continue until all scheduled sales have been completed on the 27th day of November, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 28 IN BLOCK 1 OF COUNTRY HILLS UNIT TWO B ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 76, PAGE 49 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
