NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 22, 2012, entered in Case No. 10-CA-010802 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein Bank of America, N.A., Successor By Merger to BAC Home Loans Servicing, L.P. FKA Countrywide Home Loans Servicing, L.P. is the Plaintiff and Wynie K. Best; Unknown Spouse of Wynie K. Best; David A. Best aka David Best; Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as Nominee for Countrywide Bank, FSB; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 a.m on the 10th day of December, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 388 AND 405, BELMONT HEIGHTS NO. 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12, PAGE 41 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
