NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Plaintiffs Motion to Ratify Final Judgment of Foreclosure and to Reset Foreclosure Sale and entered in Case No. 29-2009-CA-012966 in the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR RAMP 2005EFC1 was the Plaintiff and CATHERINE M. GUTIERREZ, ET AL. the Defendant(s), that the Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, by electronic sale beginning at 10:00 a.m. on the prescribed date at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com on the 17th day of January, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
LOT 31, BLOCK 7, CAMEO VILLAS UNIT NO.4, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 47, PAGE(S) 79, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS OF THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS, MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
