NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed October 16, 2012, and entered in Case No. 29-2010-CA-008058, of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida. FANNIE MAE (“FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION”) is Plaintiff and JERRY M. STARCEVIC; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JERRY M. STARCEVIC; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; JOHN DOE; JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION; CITIBANK, N.A.; are defendants.The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m.., on the 3rd day of December, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE WEST 43.5 FEET OF LOT 3, AND THE EAST 22 FEET OF LOT 4, BLOCK 13, GANDY GARDENS 3, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF A RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 32, PAGE 50, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORDIA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
