NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed September 10 2012, and entered in Case No. 09-CA-002695 DIV I RF - SECTION (II), of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida. BANK OF AMERICA N.A. successor by merger to BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING L.P. is Plaintiff and JERRY JOHN and; _______ JOHN, unknown spouse of JERRY JOHN, if married; JOHN DOE and; JANE DOE; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., acting solely as nominee for COUNTRYWIDE BANK, N.A.,; ISLAND CLUB AT ROCKY POINT CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 26th day of November, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT 1211, BUILDING 1, ISLAND CLUB AT ROCKY POINT, A CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS, ACCORDING TO TH E DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 16071, PAGE 1510, AS AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIMED, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
